Vishal Chaudhary has previously worked for more than 5 years at ITC Limited where he led a 30-member strong supply chain function for India's largest leaf tobacco business. He has also worked as Lead, Organization & Business Engine (OBE) at RIVIGO. Chaudhary holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Vivekananda Hallekere

CEO & Co-founder, Bounce

Encouraging the adoption of electric vehicles, Vivekananda Hallekere is the CEO & Co-founder of Bounce. While the company started as a scooter sharing service, the organisation now manufactures electric two-wheelers. Hallekere is a Chartered Accountant and prior to Bounce, he was a partner at Suchindra and Vivekananda.

Subramanya (Subu) S.V. is an entrepreneur and investor. Ather is one of India’s leading organisations in the electric vehicle segment, and the organisation is working on the next generation of electric two wheelers for the Indian market. Mehta aims to facilitate the EV ecosystem through the company by developing robust charging infrastructure. Prior to setting up Ather, he worked at Ashok Leyland and was the Student President of the Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Madras. Mehta holds a dual degree in Engineering Design from IIT Madras.

  • Applications that DO NOT comply with ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/ Supporting Documents will be DISQUALIFIED at any Stage of the selection process resulting in the cancellation of their Application or Winner Status or Prize Benefits.
  • Only ONE application per Startup/ Entity will be accepted. In the case of multiple applications from one Startup, only the first application will be considered.
  • Please note that NO CHANGES can be made once the online application form is submitted.

FAQs & Eligibility

  1. If an Indian entity, then it should be an entity incorporated/ registered as Private Limited Company as defined in the Companies Act, 2013)/ One Person Company (OPC)/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) (under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) or Partnership Firm (registered under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932)
  2. If the entity is incorporated outside India then it should be incorporated as a legal entity by the authorised Govt Agency/ Department in-charge.
  3. Total revenue generated in terms of turnover from the date of incorporation should not have exceeded USD 12.5 Million.
  4. Startups should not have crossed 10 years from the DATE of INCORPORATION/ REGISTRATION as on date of submitting the application.
  5. An entity having an innovative product/ solution directly related to the manufacturing sector or; one which impacts the manufacturing sector by increasing efficiency or simplifying/ improving the process to help organisations to scale up faster or; empower the lives of human resources working in the manufacturing sector.

  1. Cannot be a subsidiary/ franchise/ white labelled reseller/ part of a group company.
  2. Cannot have a partnership value with another company/ entity.
  3. Cannot be a Section 8 company or Trust/ Association/Society or a Non-For-Profit company.
  4. Cannot be a Merger/ Demerger of a bigger organisation.
  5. Cannot be a part of any Govt. initiative/ aided partner or public-private partnership company/firm.
