Registered SME
The organization must be a registered SME in India with a valid Udyam Registration Number.
Operational Tenure
The organization should have at least 3 years of registered presence and operations in India as of March 31, 2024, with a maximum of 9 years since its incorporation to ensure recognition of growing enterprises.
Turnover Criteria
The organization must be a manufacturing or service enterprise with an annual turnover between INR 5 crores and INR 250 crores during the last three financial years: FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, and FY 2023-24.
GST Compliance
The organization must be registered under GST (Goods and Services Tax) and maintain compliance, including timely filing of GST returns for the past three financial years. This reflects financial transparency and adherence to tax regulations.
Other Compliance Requirements
The organization must adhere to statutory compliances, including tax filings, labor laws, and other industry-specific regulations.
